Call To Action: Awaken The U.S. Senate!

I wasn't home for most of the day, so I apologize for not posting this message earlier. DowningStreetMemo.com has ended the Awaken The Mainstream Media campaign, and in it's place they are beginning the Awaken The U.S. Senate campaign.

Today, please phone, or send brief emails to Senator Olympia Snowe, even if you've already contacted her in the past, making that request and asking for an explanation of why the hearings have not in fact been held. That question will really put her office on the spot. If you cannot get an answer, we urge you to get in touch later in the day until you do get one. It would be helpful if people would report what they've been told about the Senator's intentions. Here is the contact information:
