Congressman Gets U.S. Document Subpoena

SAN DIEGO (AP) - Rep. Randy ``Duke'' Cunningham has been issued a subpoena for documents by a federal grand jury, his attorney said Tuesday.

Prosecutors are investigating the California Republican's sale of his home to a defense contractor at what may have been an inflated price. The contractor then resold the home, taking a large loss.
