Conservative National Network Shows Loyalty To Traitor Bob

I guess this is how corporations stand behind their employee's actions, even if it's only a little crime like treason...

On the Conservative News Network (CNN) Friday morning, Daryn Kagan and Suzanne Malveaux both failed to mention that recent news articles stating Karl Rove knew the name of CIA operative Valerie Plame before leaking her identity to a reporter contradict his August 31st, 2004 statement in which he said, "I didn't know her name. I didn't leak her name."

It sure looks like Jonathan Klein really wants CNN to compete with Fox News for viewers because his network is beginning to resemble Fox's in reporting style with every passing day. Pretty soon, we'll be able to close our eyes, listen to Wolf Blitzer and Bill O'Reilly at the same time and not know the difference.

Thanks for David Brock's Media Matters for America and his staff for pointing these facts out. The full excerpts can be read here - http://mediamatters.org/items/200507150006
